Your new friend from Russia

My name is Zhanna.
I`ve been living in Nefteyugansk since my birth, for about 16 years. Recently I`ve entered a new school. Its full name is secondary school №5. And I have some favourite subjects, for example, Mathematics, History and Literature. But most of all I like English. I`m interested in the language, in culture of such countries as England and America.
But besides secondary school I also go to the Art school and English school. At my Art school I paint and draw. This year is my last year of studying there. And I`ll have 5 difficult exams. Although I like it and I get only excellent marks I`m worrying so much because of that.
Also I like to write poems, to listen to music, to go for a walk with my friends. I have 2 best friends and they morally support me and make me really happy. Although I care for them very much there is no person in all the world more dear for me than my Mum. I love her and she loves me. And we always help and protect each other.

We are here again!!!

Hello our friends in Argentina!
We knoe that your school year is going to its end but here in Russia our new school year started only a couple of weeks ago. So we'd be glad to continue our project with you!
Thank you for your message and picture of August, 31! They both are so nice! We also have some traditions in our school. Foe example, on October,8 we are having a big event of entering the high school. We'll send you some pictures of the event later.

Ours Jackets

In our country, it is a common tradition to design jackets when we finish secondary. school.
In this photo you can see the girls of fifth year wearing those colourful jackets.
We are going to show them in a party this Friday. In that party, all the students will dance, listen to music and have a great time!

Our city "La Chispa"

This is the monument which appears in our main park. It was inaugurated when our town was 100 years old. We celebrated it with a big party.

Teacher Melina in The U.K.

Hi friends!!! I would like to tell about my trip to The U.K. It was amazing!!! I stayed there for about a month and I visited lots of places, among them: London, Cambridge, Liverpool, Oxford, Edimburgh, Dublin and so on... have you ever been to the Uk? I always loved that place, so as soon as I got my degree (English teacher) I started saving money to travel there! I here I post a photo in the London Bridge and the Big Ben, I hope you like it!

School Leaving Party
