Hello dear Russian friends!

How are you and Teacher Valentina ?  We hope you are well. It was such a long time since we didn’t write or post pics. We are really sorry that you didn´t get any answers during last year.  I was not attending school because my baby was born and I was on my maternity leave.

We’d like to make contact again and share letters with you. We’d like to know if you’re on school holidays.

This year the World Cup will take place in your country and we’ like to know your expectations about it. Such a wonderful event!!!!

This year we are carrying out lots of new projects at school and we want to share them in the blog. What about you? Did you write your Journal? They were great!!!

Dasha P. about song contest

On the 23 of May there was the School Eurovision Song Contest, where the best singers showed their skills in singing in foreign languages, English in particular.

There were about 20 participants of different ages. All the performances were amazing and wonderful, and the participants were bright and unique.

I also took part in the competition with my friend Ira. We chose the song called "Stop and Stare". This is a very active song, so we chose matching outfits: white shirts and yellow pants. We have dressed the same and bright to show how much we really are alike.

 I think the judges had a hard time to choose the winners, because this year there were so many good performances. Ira and I received the honorary 3rd prize. It was a very funny and memorable event.

Oksana is fond of drawing and loves to dance. She studies Korean. Her profiles at school are history and society.

Lisa is an athletic girl. She plays volleyball, football,  basketball. Her profiles are chemistry and biology.

Hello my new friends from Argentina!

My name is Dasha. I am 17. I’m living in a small town in Russian, its name is Nefteyugansk. 

I study in high school (grade10). When I finish school I will go to study to the university to be a doctor.

My interests are music, films, and books. I love all kinds of music, but I don’t like rock.  My favorite music is K-POP. This music helps me relax. I like to watch films about adventures, fantasy and disaster. Me favorite films are “Hobbit” and “Lord of the Ring”.  And I love to watch k-drama, for example, “Descendants of the sun”.

I'd like to travel in future. I have a big list of the countries which I want to visit. And Argentina is included into this list.

I'm interested in cultures of other countries. I like writing to people who live abroad. Now I correspond with a guy from South Korea. It’s so interesting. I can learn languages and make new friends.

Dear friends from Argentina!

My name is Daria. I am 17 years old and my birthday is on September 9. I’m in the 10th grade. I live in Nefteyugansk, which is in the North of Russia.

I like listening to music, going out with my friends, dancing, watching series and films and going camping. Every summer I going to Moldova. There I spend time in the village with my grandparents. It’s  very hot there in summer, but I like this weather. If I stay for a summer vacation in the city, when I jog with my friends in the park, play sports, do some embroidering, go to the pool and read books. Every summer I try to have fun.

But how do you spend the summer? I will be very interested to know.

Hello Argentina!

My name is Dasha and I’m 16 years old. I’m from Nefteyugansk , Russia. I study in the 5^th school in the 10^th grade.  My favorite subjects are Biology and English.

My favorite pastime is reading books and making short movies.  I can’t name the author, whom I love best, but I prefer some books: “Harry Potter” by J.K. Rowling, “451° Fahrenheit” by Ray Bradberry, “War and Peace” by Leo Tolstoy. My favorite genres are science-fiction, fantasy and adventures. I also like watching films in the same genres.

I like to learn something new, especially about space and our  world. I want to visit a lot of countries and cities. At first I would like to visit New-York, London, Paris, and later Australia and some European countries and other cities in the U.S.A.

I have a dog. Its name is Barney (1,5 years old), it is Yorkshire terrier. Barney has its own Instagram account (barney_stinson.dog)
